Published in aarti compilations without attribution, this is the Hanumat-stuti of the Vinaya Patrika, set in raga Dhanashri; the verse numbers here are that text's own. Where the editions differ, the reading that parses is set: रामसन्देशहर (bearer of Rama's message) over रामसंदेहसर, and वानराकार and सिंहासनासीन over the evident misspellings वानाराकार and सिंघसनासीन. No modern source translation is reproduced.

Aarti Ki Jai Hanuman Lala Ki ↗Om Jai Hanumata Vira ↗What does Jayati Mangalagara mean?
This is Tulsidas writing in his most Sanskritic register, and it is a different instrument from the Hanuman Chalisa: five verses, almost entirely long compounds, no narrative. Its first line does the boldest thing in it — calling Hanuman purari, the destroyer of Tripura, which is a name of Shiva, and so stating the Rudra-avatara identification outright before anything else is said. The last line is quieter and stranger: Rama's city stands in the lake of the poet's own mind, and it is there that Hanuman is said to wander.
