आरती गजबदन विनायक की का अर्थ
A short aarti built almost entirely of compound epithets, with no narrative at all. What it chooses to ask for is worth noticing: the verse that names Riddhi and Siddhi — prosperity and attainment, seated to his right and left — goes on to ask not for either of them but for vimal buddhi, clear intelligence, and for learning and humility. The physical description in the last verse is precise rather than decorative: tawny eyes, smoke-grey skin, thunderbolt and goad, the broad belly.
